Education

2005 – Faculty of State and Municipal Administration, the Tyumen State University, qualified as a lawyer and manager.

2007 – Faculty of Accounting, Analysis and Audit, the Ural Academy of Government Service, course Managing Government and Municipal Contractual Work and Purchases

Marina Astashova has been working in the Law Firm Aspect since 2008. Before coming to Aspect, she had been working in different federal authorities such as the Treasury, Tax Inspectorate, a supervisory body of the Ural Federal Region.

Marina specializes in legal support of governmental and municipal organizations including

– defending Client’s interests in the sphere of earmarking of budget funds;

– appealing of orders and directions of the Federal Service for Financial and Budget Supervision (Rosfinnadzor) as well as of other supervisory institutions in court;

– legal support to governmental and municipal clients in working out tender (auction or request for quotation) documentation as well as further management of contractual work;

– arbitration disputes in the sphere of contractual work and purchases for governmental and municipal needs, execution of contractual commitments, presenting client’s interests in the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

Marina regularly takes part in seminars, dedicated to the issues of implementing the Federal Law № 44 On Contract System in the Sphere of Governmental and Municipal Purchases of Goods, Works and Services to Meet Governmental and Municipal Needs, on some of them she makes presentations.

2013 – I place in the professional tournament in judicial disputes The West Siberian Law Chamber Cup held during the annual Legal Week.

2016 – II place in the professional tournament in judicial disputes The West Siberian Law Chamber Cup.

In Autumn 2013 Marina was awarded with the honorable badge of the Tyumen Regional Duma as a result of her active participation in different events of the Legal Week of the West Siberian Law Chamber (Order of the Chair of the Tyumen Regional Duma № 743-rn, 23.12.2013)
